How do I request access to a project?
To request access to a project, navigate to the project detail page and click the "Request Access" button. You'll need to provide your email address. For download access, you'll also need to create a password. The admin will review your request and approve or deny it.
What are the different visibility levels?
PandaDev has three visibility levels: Public (anyone can view), Restricted (requires admin approval), and Premium (requires payment for download access). Each level provides different access controls for project resources.
How long does it take to get access approved?
Access requests are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your request is approved or denied. If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, please contact support.
Can I purchase multiple projects at once?
Currently, each project must be purchased separately. We're working on a cart feature that will allow you to purchase multiple projects in a single transaction. Stay tuned for updates!
What if I forget my download password?
If you forget your download password, you can request a password reset from the login page. If you're having issues with a specific download, please contact support with your project name and we'll help you regain access.
